After a year of experience at Vivero, I would advise new fellows to understand that you will not always know what you are doing, and that is okay. Sometimes your project lead will also not know what they are doing, and you have to be understanding that this is most likely their first time working on a digital project. You might think there are things that will take you less time but will take you more, so estimate more time than what you think a task should take you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I would also suggest not being afraid to ask questions to the project lead or to the Vivero Co-leads. They are very helpful and willing to assist with any questions that may arise. I would also suggest staying on track with keeping up with the work logs and holding yourself accountable to them. Seek for outside resources on the internet and elswhere that might be helpful for getting a better understanding of a certain task that you might not be completely sure about how to perform it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
