I wanted to revisit the themes of digital accessibility to refresh my memory on what accessibility means specifically for the digital humanities and website building. I read through the Vivero guide for accessibility, and also reviewed accessibility errors on the websites that were shown on the page as examples of what <em>not<\/em> to do. In addition, I completed a LinkedIn Learning course focused on UX Foundations: Accessibility, where I furthered my knowledge within digital accessibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This course allowed me to expand my knowledge in accesibility, and more specifically, it helped me in understanding how screen readers and voice recognition programs work, considering accesibility in layout and overall how to integrate accesible practices into content strategy.
